How to correctly define a defect?

• • An indicator of the lack of a disposable electronic system can be a faulty battery. In this case, the user will not be able to use the device and start vaping. If the battery is faulty, the blue light on the bottom of the device may flash or show no indication at all.
  • Please note that all defective devices must be opened by a store representative to check the container for liquids before exchange and return – devices in empty containers are not eligible for exchange or return.

Why is it important to use the correct sub-system during returns/exchanges?

• • The absence of liquid in the can indicates that the user has used the device regularly and means that he has used the number of puffs specified by the manufacturer. In this case, the shortening of the system’s service life may be associated with its improper use.
